Lo Special Jasmine è un tè cosiddetto “Scented”, tipico della tradizione cinese. Questo vuol dire che viene lavorato come un normale tè verde e solo successivamente, a processo produttivo terminato, vengono aggiunti i fiori di gelsomino. La profumazione avviene grazie al forte e naturale potere assorbente delle foglie di tè e all’intensità del profumo dei fiori. E’ un tè da pomeriggio o da brunch, adatto in abbinamento a piatti piccanti, pesce e crostacei.
Special Jasmine: is a so-called “Scented” tea, typical of the Chinese tradition. This means that it is processed like a normal green tea and only later, after the production process, are jasmine flowers added.
