Pu Erh Shu BIO –
Provenienza: Cina – Yunnan
Pu Erh: known as Dark-Tea or Her Cha, it’s one of the most complex families of tea that the vast world of Camelia Sinensis offers us. Pu Erh it self is the name of the town in south Yunnan that once was the trading center of the teas produced in the area, hence their name. These are the only teas where the term “fermented” has to be understood in the purest sense: a microbial process that changes dramatically the chemical nature of the row material, giving us inique teas, both in terms of taste and benefit. This organic selection represent the first step into the wide world of the fermented teas; it’s the result of controlled process of fermentation. We refer to this kind af Pu erh tea as Shu. It’s very digestive, and it gives an immediate relif. It matches with cheese or spicy food.
