Questo tè derivante dal cultivar «Da Bai Hao» presenta un bel contrasto di germogli molto grandi e pelosi color argento, accompagnati dalla loro prima foglia quasi nera, un segno di grande qualità. Dopo un leggero appassimento, veniva originariamente essiccato al chiaro di luna nelle montagne di Jinggu, da cui il suo nome così poetico.

Se inizialmente è il gusto floreale a predominare, pur rimanendo dolce e morbido al palato,  nelle infusioni successive sviluppa note di pesca matura.  Il suo sapore unico e dolce richiama senza esitazione la raffinatezza di un ottimo champagne. Originale e raro, questo tè bianco è delicatamente dolce e rinfrescante.

This tea, derived from the «Da Bai Hao» cultivar, presents a beautiful contrast of very large, silver-furry buds accompanied by their first almost black leaf, a sign of great quality. After a slight withering, it was originally dried in the moonlight in the mountains of Jinggu, hence its poetic name.

While the floral taste predominates at first, remaining sweet and soft on the palate, in subsequent infusions it develops notes of ripe peach. Its unique and sweet flavor unmistakably recalls the refinement of an excellent champagne. Original and rare, this white tea is delicately sweet and refreshing.
